ConniskoSMP Store Terms of Service

Welcome to the ConniskoSMP Store! By purchasing products or services from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • ConniskoSMP is a Minecraft server store operated independently and is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or the creators of Minecraft.

  • All products and services are provided for use on the ConniskoSMP Minecraft server only.

2. Purchases

  • All purchases from the ConniskoSMP Store are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Products may be offered as either:

    • Permanent purchases: One-time payment granting permanent access to the purchased features.

    • Monthly subscriptions: Recurring payments granting access to features for the duration of the subscription period.

  • Features you may gain from purchases include, but are not limited to: /claimfly, chat color customization, and other in-game perks.

  • Purchased features are subject to change and may be updated, modified, or removed at the discretion of ConniskoSMP.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through CraftingStore.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to the CraftingStore terms, including their payment processing and policies.

4. Cookies & Tracking

  • Our store may utilize cookies via CraftingStore or other third-party services.

  • ConniskoSMP does not directly manage these cookies, but by using the store, you consent to their use in accordance with the third-party provider’s policies.

5. Server Availability

  • ConniskoSMP strives to keep the server online and services accessible at all times.

  • The server may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

  • ConniskoSMP is not responsible for any loss of access, features, or benefits due to temporary or permanent server downtime.

  • In the event the server permanently closes, purchased items, features, or subscriptions will not be refunded.

6. User Conduct

  • Abuse, cheating, or violating Minecraft’s End User License Agreement (EULA) on our server may result in loss of access to purchased features without refund.

  • You are responsible for your account and any activity performed using it.

7. Account Termination & Ban Policy

  • ConniskoSMP reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations of server rules, the Minecraft EULA, or misuse of purchased features.

  • Any suspension or termination may result in loss of purchased items, features, or access, without refund.

  • Decisions regarding bans or account termination are at the sole discretion of ConniskoSMP.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ConniskoSMP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products.

  • Purchases grant access to features “as-is”, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or feature availability.

9. Third-Party Services

  • ConniskoSMP is not responsible for third-party services, links, or content, including CraftingStore and its cookie policies.

10. Changes to Terms

  • ConniskoSMP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
